Yes, I know - it's been a whole year since I put anything new here! But I haven't gone away. I head off next week to deliver this painting and its "mate" to my Martha's Vineyard gallery, Cousen Rose in Oak Bluffs. I feel like I'm always behind in getting new work ready for these destinations.
"Red Boat" may seem a little wild to you, with its strong pink sky and other intense colors, but doesn't Spring sometimes feel that way, after a long, brutal winter - rather intense? It sure was fun to paint it that way.
